Return & Exchange Policy

At Deep Modality, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@deepmodality.com. Please provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.


Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact our customer service team at info@deepmodality.com. Please provide your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to exchange items from your order.


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
